The Lubbock Commandery of Knights Templar 60 was honored to be a part of the West Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Lubbock groundbreaking ceremony. VLB Chairwoman Dawn Buckingham announced that the Texas VLB and Texas General Land Office were awarded over
